A SALT group can be about anything - and they are very simple to run.

A SALT group is a group of people that maybe share an interest or activity or want to explore an aspect of faith or social justice. Having a number of these on offer over a term gives people a choice.

A SALT group could be making something, cooking something or learning something. It could be 6 weeks on Exodus, 4 weeks making a holding cross, ‘how do I pray?’ for a month or playing football or cycling for a specified time.

They are designed to be open across church and the community too so that they are something that you can invite friends to.
